BISE Malakand HSSC Annual-I Examination 2026: Complete Schedule, Fees & Instructions
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Malakand has officially announced important details regarding the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) Annual-I Examination 2026 for both Part-I and Part-II students. This notification applies to regular and private candidates, including fresh, re-appear, improvement, additional, and qualifying subject cases.
According to the board, the HSSC Annual-I examinations are expected to begin in the last week of April 2026 (tentative).
Fee Submission Banks
Candidates can deposit their examination fees through the following authorised banks:
- Allied Bank Limited (ABL)
- Habib Bank Limited (HBL)
- Bank of Khyber (BoK)
HSSC Part-I & Part-II Admission Fee Schedule 2026
Part-I (Regular / Private – Fresh, Re-Appear, Re-All)
- Normal Fee (up to 13 February 2026): Rs. 2400
- Late Fee (up to 27 February 2026): Rs. 3100
- Double Fee (up to 06 March 2026): Rs. 3800
- Triple Fee (up to 20 March 2026): Rs. 4500
Part-II (Regular / Private)
i. Fresh / Re-Appear / Re-All
(Fail Part-I paper fee: Rs. 200 per paper)
- Normal Fee: Rs. 2700
- Late Fee: Rs. 3900
- Double Fee: Rs. 5100
- Triple Fee: Rs. 6300
ii. Simultaneous Improvement of Part-I Papers
- Normal Fee: Rs. 3000
- Late Fee: Rs. 5000
- Double Fee: Rs. 7000
- Triple Fee: Rs. 9000
Improvement, Additional & Qualifying Subjects
(One, Two, or Three Papers – All Categories)
- Normal Fee: Rs. 3000
- Late Fee: Rs. 5000
- Double Fee: Rs. 7000

Miscellaneous Charges
- New Examination Centre Creation: Rs. 80,000
- Change of Examination Centre: Rs. 5,000
- Amanuensis / Writer Fee: Rs. 3,000
- Result Gazette (PDF): Rs. 500
Important: For improvement or additional subjects, an extra Rs. 500 must be paid at the time of receiving the original certificate.
Online Admission System – Important Instructions
- All registered government and private institutions must submit admissions through the online admission portal.
- A system-generated candidate list, signed by the institution head, along with the bank challan, must be submitted to the HSSC (Conduct) Section.
- Regular students’ forms will only be accepted online; manual submissions are not allowed.
Rules for Private Candidates
- Private candidates must apply on prescribed admission forms.
- Forms are available free of cost from the BISE Malakand One Window Section / Store or can be downloaded from the official website.
- Applications must be submitted by hand or via registered post at least three days before the deadline.
Photograph & Attestation Guidelines
- Changes to photographs after the examination has started are strictly prohibited.
- Admission forms must include two attested photographs, verified by the Principal or Head of the last attended institution.
Migration & Eligibility
- Students migrating from other boards for Part-II admission must submit:
- Migration Certificate
- Verified DMC (Detailed Marks Certificate)
Result, Roll Number Slips & Examination Rules
- Roll Number Slips will be available for download from the board’s website once uploaded.
- Result (PDF) will be accessible through the portal after payment of the prescribed fee.
- Subjects passed with grace marks must be included if applying for improvement. If marks do not improve, the result will be marked MNI (Marks Not Improved).
- Mobile phones are strictly banned inside examination halls. Any violation may result in disciplinary action, confiscation of the device, and a fine.
